The Locations
Algarve Location: Situated in the picturesque fishing village of Cabanas near Tavira. It is a short stroll from the centre with its numerous cafe/bars and restaurants serving delicious local fish and other dishes at affordable prices. The local beach has 3km of wide golden sands and is reached via a 2 minute ferry-boat ride across the lagoon. Four top quality golf courses close by. 
 
Sofia Location: Located in the Buxton residential area, known as one of the prestigious southern districts of the capital set along Bulgaria Blvd. and a favored district thanks to the easy access to both the city centre and Vitosha Mountain. The new development is almost at the foothills of the mountain, being only a minute drive from the elite Boyana district and providing wonderful living conditions, fresh air, quiet streets, and numerous newly constructed, modern buildings.
 
The Apartments
Algarve: This well equipped, fully air-conditioned/heated apartment was completed in Summer 2006 to a very high specification. The apartment sleeps 4/6 (2 bedrooms) and boasts one of the very best positions on the South edge of the complex, and is fully equipped for a long or short stay.
 
Sofia: This high quality and fully furnished apartment will be ready by late summer 2007. The apartment sleeps 4/6 (2 bedrooms) and will boast a terrace. It will have easy access to each point of the city centre, mountain, airport and business areas. Less than 10 minutes to Sofia city centre, 5 minutes to Vitosha Mountain and 10 minutues to the nearest ski lift.
